The winning $1,000,000 lottery ticket for the Mega Millions drawing on Friday, April 12, 2024, sold in Central Pennsylvania lottery officials announced the following Monday.

The ticket matched five of the balls: 1-12-14-18-66, but not the yellow Mega Ball 16, to win $1 million, less applicable withholding.

It sold at BG’s Value Market, 19 Old Route 22, Jonestown, which will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
